Shadowless LED Lighting
Application

 

The Shadowless LED Lighting is used to cast a profile of a work piece and the detection of scratches on smooth surfaces. It is also used to read printed characters, special markings on metallic components, check location and sizes of BGA solder joints, read engraved characters and find defect on glass and various type of chips surfaces

 
Features

 

The LEDs of Shadowless LED Light are arranged evenly in a circular fashion. Its illumination is distributed evenly to suppress shadow casted by the work piece, resulting in better object clarity when performing inspection under the microscopes. This type of light source does not flickers so less stressful even during prolong exposure. The build-in stabilized power supply produces low EMI and causes less interference to other equipment in its vicinity.
