On 27-28 Nov 2010, Liming Pan and Shaoming Liu, the Chariman and General Manager of Colibri Automation (ShenZhen) Co., Ltd. respectively, led the staff in a weekend getaway filled with a series of team building and recreational activities.
We arrived at the spa resort of Tai Shan Fortuna Villa in the afternoon on the 27th November. After lunch, the staff started on their team building activities. Through games, competitions and lectures, the staff fostered a spirit of solidarity, inculcated a positive attitude and enhanced the interaction between colleagues.
The company attaches great importance to this activity as it helps in getting a good reflection of our colleagues. The main purpose was to foster their sense of teamwork and their effectiveness in working together for the company like a family. After attending the workshop, the employees are able to work better hand-in-hand to build a prospective future for the company.
